Operations & Finance Analyst
You have run the numbers for real, and you are ready to hand the repetitive part to agents. You take over the accounting and administration behind a small group of companies, then turn what you learn into the processes and tooling that Airmond's assistants use for members. Accounting or finance background, analytical, at home with AI agents. German is not required.
- The role
The shape of this role
You are a human at the edge of an agent-operated company. The assistants run the repetitive work: they draft, file, chase, compare and summarise. You own what only a person can here: knowing what the numbers should be, deciding what the process is, and noticing when something is off before anyone asks.
That split is the job. Every month, less of your time goes into doing the administration and more into designing how the assistants do it.
- The work
What you will do
The first months are a handover. Eight entities, each with its own VAT filings, insurance, contracts and bookkeeping, are run today by one person. You take that over: you learn how each one works, you keep the numbers right and current, and you notice when something is off before anyone asks.
Then the work changes shape. Everything you took over gets written down as a process, and every process that can be run by an assistant becomes tooling inside Airmond. That is the trajectory: from running the administration to building the way Airmond's assistants run administration for members.
- Coordinate the bookkeepers, file the VAT, compare and renew the insurance, keep the contracts in order, across eight entities.
- Reconcile and report: you know what every number should be and you find out why when it is not.
- Write the process for each recurring piece of work, then build or specify the tooling that lets an assistant do it.
- Work with the assistants every day: you decide what they do, check what they did, and fix what they got wrong.
- You
What you bring
- An accounting or finance background. You have run numbers for real: bookkeeping, VAT, reconciliations, insurance comparisons, contract terms.
- You are analytical and you think in processes and systems. When something happens twice you want a rule for it.
- Consulting-shaped: structure, drive, and a strong sense of what is next without being told.
- AI-native. You use AI agents for real work this week, not as an experiment. We do not hire anyone who is not AI-native, and the first conversation you have with us is with one of our assistants.
- English, written and spoken. German is not required.

Your first interview is with Ada.
She is the Airmond assistant, and she runs the first conversation: about twelve minutes in your browser, camera and microphone on. She asks about your work, one numbers story, one process story, and how you use AI today.
A person at Airmond reads this within two days. If it fits on both sides, she is in the room for the call with the founder too.
- How we work
How we work
Remote, in English, with a small team and a growing number of assistants. Most of the work is written down first: a process that is not written is one an assistant cannot run and a colleague cannot check.
Airmond builds AI assistants that take on calls, inboxes and life admin for members. The processes you set up for our own companies are the same ones the product needs, so you build the tooling you use yourself.
- The offer
What we offer
- Flexible hours and location. We have worked remotely for more than a decade and we build the environment around people doing their best work, not around a clock.
- Modern tools and an assistant of your own from day one. We automate everything that can be automated, so the work that stays is the work that needs a mind.
- Occasional travel to meet the team and the companies we work with.
- A team that takes the work seriously and itself less so. A good laugh is part of how we work.

- Read this page. If it fits, press the button and leave your name, your email and, if you like, a link to your LinkedIn or CV.
- Talk to Ada, our assistant, in your browser for about twelve minutes. She asks about your work, one numbers story, one process story, and how you use AI today. The conversation is recorded (video and audio) and reviewed by people and agents at Airmond.
- A person at Airmond reads the conversation within two days and gets back to you.
- If it fits on both sides, a video call with the founder, and Ada is in the room for that one too.
